How Can I Register?

• You can register on-line if you wish.  Just click on Register Now, complete the Registration form and then press Send Registration,   or
• Pick up a Registration Form from the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation office,   or
• Call Adrienne Barrie at 905 372-6811 Ext 3068 who will fill out the Registration Form for you over the phone.

What Happens After I Register?

• If you register on-line, a screen will pop up and tell you your registration was successful.  You will receive an email from us within a few days.  A copy of the Registration form will be in your kit.
• If you complete the Registration Form at the Foundation Office, you will be given a photocopy of your Registration Form before you leave.
• If you Register over the telephone, you will receive a copy of the Registration form in your kit.

How Do I get a Kit?

Kits are available for pickup at the Hospital or delivered by hand to all those who request it when they Register. 

What is in the Kit?

• For those holding a private coffee event in their home, the kit contains a Welcome Letter, an Information sheet, an envelope to place donations in, a Donation Form, some posters and a few advertising coasters.
• Those holding a large coffee event (including those open to the public), will receive the same as above but without the Information sheet.

What Do I Say to Those I want to invite to my Private Coffee Event?

Make sure your guests know that the event is a fundraiser for the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation for the purchase of medical equipment;  if you wish you can mention that any donation of $20 or more will receive a donation receipt from the Hospital Foundation at a later date.

What Do I do with the Donations collected?

• Complete the Donation Form
• Place all donations and the Donation Form in the envelope provided
• A Committee member of Northumberland’s Biggest Coffee Morning will arrange to collect this envelope from you. 

What Happens if I Register and open my Coffee Event to the Public?

Your company/church/café will be listed on the Website and possibly promoted in  the Media nearer to the date of the event.
